The girl who helped my pick out my glasses was patient and ultimately picked the ones I loved. She also knew prices off rip and was able to give me accurate pricing for what I was wanting. The doctor is very nice and professional. They had great care when I started to not feel well after getting my eyes dilated. Only took off a star because I had to call multiple times before I was able to get someone on the phone to make the appointment. I’m waiting for my glasses to come in. I can’t wait for them to come! “I have been seeing Doctor Pruitt since I was 15 I am now 30. However this review is not for him or his place of business but more so for his receptionist. I called to make my yearly appt and to explain that I have been having extreme issues with my eyes lately ones I’ve never experienced; she gave me an appt that was 3 weeks out which was fine. The problem came when I asked her if he thought maybe I needed to be seen sooner just to be on the safe side if not 3 weeks was fine. She proceeded to give me a list of other doctors I could see if I did not want to wait. I’m used to her attitude and typically I’ll ignore it but I’m just over it at this point. 🙄”
